Contacting me and what I need to know -
So far, my customers (all friends and friends of friends to this point) have gotten in touch with me via email, which works great (lablowers@yahoo.com)! They have provided a date of their event, along with a theme and average number of folks attending their event.
Themes/Cake Shapes & Sizes -
In some cases, folks tell me they'd like something specific (like the Frankenstein cake for Rowan); other times I have a little more freedom... like the calculator cake for the woman who had just passed her CPA and was celebrating a birthday. I also love working with invitations... so if you send me an image of your invitation, I can work with themes and characters therein!
Pricing -
The cakes are priced roughly by number of cupcakes and complexity of the design. I am happy to work on a proposal (which would include pricing) before anyone is committed to a cake!
Location/Delivery -
I live in Ipswich, MA, and most customers pick the cakes up from the house. I also drive into Boston 3 times a week.... so even if we are not neighbors, we might be able to work out an exchange!
